On March 3rd, the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad responded to a 9-1-1 call at
St Teresa of Avila Church for a fall victim. Sr Frances Marie, sacristan at the church, fell down the side steps of the church, injuring herself. The Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad answreed her call for help and and accoding to the parisht, "administered top-notch care in rescuing Sr Frances Marie". In appreciation for that call, as well as all that the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad does for the community, Monsignor Robert Meyer, (affectionately known as Fr Bob) offered his appreciation with a donation to the Squad.
