Free CPR Course in November

The Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad will host another free CPR class at their building on Thursday, November 21 from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.  Successful students will receive a “CPR for Healthcare Providers” certificate from the American Heart Association.  The First Aid Squad building is located on Summit Ave. across from the Lawton C. Johnson Middle School.

The free class is open to those who live or living or work in Summit as well as residents of neighboring communities.  To register for the class, please sign up online.

In addition to providing 24-hour emergency medical response, the First Aid Squad is also committed to providing health and safety training to the Summit community.

The all-volunteer First Aid Squad is always looking for new members to join its ranks. All needed training, uniforms and equipment is provided. For information, please call 908-277-9479, or click HERE for more information.
