Thanks to the generosity of Summit residents, businesses, and local foundations, our all-volunteer First Aid Squad was able to build a new EMS headquarters to replace the aging building we had used since 1964. Now we need some help from our friends and neighbors to put the finishing touches on the new home that is expected to serve our volunteers and the community for the next 50 years or more.
The Buy-A-Brick program allows you to support the Squad and also own a piece of our history. Commemorative bricks are available in 3 sizes and will be engraved with text chosen by each supporter. A logo or graphic of the donor’s choosing may also be included. Each brick will installed in the walkway outside the main entrance to our new headquarters at 1000 Summit Ave.
Bricks can be ordered online or using a paper form. For details please visit http://summitems.org/brick or contact John Staunton at: jstaunton@summitems.org
The Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad is funded entirely through private donations, staffed 100% by volunteers and always looking for new members to join its ranks. All needed training, uniforms and equipment is provided. For information, please call 908-277-9479, or Click HERE.
